My mom very much deserves this bag. When she should be preparing to relax into retirement she is working 6 days a week trying to salvage the family business that she has run for 25 years. The economy has really hit hard and she no longer has free time or extra cash to splurge on herself. She is a very generous person and deserves a nice surprise. With her being a Porsche and purse fan, this would be absolutely perfect!

My mom is wonderful and gives her heart…more than once I have seen her give something to someone else who needs it more even if she likes an item. She is selfless and loving and her heart is open to all and many times gets the bad end but she says life goes on
My mom. Well, she is now in asstd living….since November. Prior to that she was the caretaker for the last seven years of the most cherished non-human member of the family. Each winter, the 89 911 was stored in her garage for the winter, as my wife and I only have a two car garage. Mom would watch me carefully winterize the car, inflate the tires and cover it for hybernation. During weekend visits to both, I would often find the cover slighty moved or not exactly on the car right. No doubt she was taking it off and inspecting the ‘machine’ to make sure it was ok. She just turned 90, and this would be a great way to pay her back for the extra care and concern for a family member.
When my Mother, Juanita, rides in our Seal Gray Cayman S….she refers to it as a “Wild Toad Ride”…!!! She surely couldn’t be referring to the quality of the driving…could she?!?!
The bag would also match the Cocoa leather interior so it would always be her CarBag.

My Mom, at 81 one years young, one time told me that she always wanted to own a Porsche. The years since that time have not been as kind financial. She would rather give her grandchildren a new toy or pair of pants or help her own children pay a bill than ever consider such an extravagant automobile. To be able to present her with a gift such as the Porsche purse would be absolutely fantastic. That and pulling up in my Porsche to present it to her. Maybe not the original dream she long ago wished for, but I can tell you it would be a very special moment to be driven in the Porsche with her new purse of the same name.
My mom deserves the Porsche handbag as she learned to drive and passed the written and driving exam on the first try at the young age of seventy four. The Porsche handbag would furnish the perfect accessory to move up and into the seat of my 1987 911 after mastering the 5 speed.
After much family pressure not to, our 88 year old Mom bought a 2010 Candy-Apple Red Mustang convertible to drive her friends to their bridge club meetings. All of her children drive Porsches and it was with heavy hearts that we first saw her drive up with top down and big smiles on her and her passengers. We’ve finally come to accept her new ride, but think the ultimate Ponycar-insult would be a beautiful Porsche designed handbag sitting next to her on the front seat!
My wife agreed to allow me to purchase a used 2004 Carrera a few yrs ago.

My mom deserves to win a handbag because even if she can’t afford a Porsche, she’s the most stylish and hard-working woman I know!
The mother of our five children and the grandmother of quite a brood is the most selfless person I have ever known. She is constantly doing for others especially me and shorting herself in the process but never see’s it that way. I have to be really on my toes to try to compensate for this trait to make sure she doesn’t fall between the cracks. This commentary is clearly an aspect of my efforts to keep her in the fair balance that she certainly deserves.
My mom deserves to win the purse because she is the best mom ever. She’s mom to 6 kids and has lots of grandkids.She works really hard and deserves something nice.
The mother of my 3 children did not know how much I love Porsches when she agreed to marry me more than 20 years ago. When our children were very young, I was finally able to afford a nice car. I convinced her to go with me to look at a beautiful used targa at a far away dealership. After a test drive and a long wait, my wife asked “what is taking so long?”, to which my reply was, “Oh, didn’t I mention they are washing the car so we can take it home.” It has been the standard comment every time we go car shopping.

My mom is the ultimate “Porschephile”. She loves all things Porsche including her 2005 Carrera S. She says that the first car she ever bought was a Porsche 914 when she was in graduate school. She continued to drive Porsches until she had children and knew that she needed to give up her love of cars for her love of us. That was in 1986. It took her until 2007 when her youngest was a teenager and my father, her husband had passed away before she felt she could get the car of her dreams. She would love the Porsche handbag and would take to all of the Porsche events she attends.
My wife and mother of 2 and 1 on the way (don’t tell, we haven’t even told our parents) certainly deserves a new bag. I was looking for an affordable 911 for about 9 months and drove a few and decided I should hold off a little while. I work in the construction industry and was nervous to spend the money with this economy. So behind my back my wife, contacted some of the sellers, negotiated out a price, setup financing, and arranged to have the car parked with the keys in it for me to have if I wanted it. It was around Halloween and she said she heard of a good Pumpkin Walk for the kids and wanted to go one evening, it was about 45 min drive, but I thought sure if the kids will like it. Needless to say we didn’t look at any pumpkins, just a wonderful black 1990 Carrera that I drove home that night, thanks to my caring wife.

Even though my Mother has passed away ♥ , who gave me birth, tucked me in at night when I was a child and who guided me onto the path of the straight and narrow. I’ve owned three long-hood 911s in my day (back when they were $6500 cars!), but my dear wife turned me in another direction. 9 years ago, we adopted 3 siblings from an orphanage in Eastern Europe. We put our time and treasure into them. As they were way behind in the American school they would attend, we agreed that my wife would homeschool them.
Not content that she was giving enough, she then convinced me to adopt 3 siblings from the US to add to our family, and again she is homeschooling them to make up for early deficits.
Quite simply, we’ve put our time and money not into possessions but into six children who needed parentsw. We don’t have money for luxury goods, nor for a Porsche at this point, but my dear wife certainly deserves them!
This bag is almost as beautiful as my mother. She is very deserving of such a fabulous purse. She’s a very strong women with a very thick shell. She’s been through so much these past years. My dad died of cancer almost 10 years ago. My mother spent every waking moment while he was sick trying to get him better with natural remedies and keeping him comfortable. Her heart was broken when he died. She recently remarried and just found out she is being fooled around on. She hasn’t confronted him but instead decided to get a divorce without telling him. To most it may sound like a horrible thing to do but my mom is so nice that if she talked it over with him she would forgive him. She is such a brave women and I would love to give this bag to her for Mother’s Day. She is truly a wonderful, deserving women.
My Mom never understood what a Porsche was but accepted my passion, my devotion, my lust for a Porsche. I drooled whenever they’d go by and say to her.

Purchased a 356C Coupe in 1971, met my wife, Pamela, in 1976, we kept the Porsche while raising two daughters, moving across country, settling in exciting places, struggling to make ends meet, sending daughters through college. She never said, sell the Porsche. Daughters now visit to serve as navigators in Porsche Club Rallies in the 356 Coupe.
My wife, Pamela, and I now have the opportunity to take a drive on weekends or out to dinner in the Porsche that has followed us through 36 years of family life while she raised and “mothered” two of the most wonderful daughters ever.

My wife and mother of my 3 children (last one finishing college in May) has been really supportive of most of my bright ideas. But, while agreeing with me that I have always talked purchasing a porsche, when I said the time was right, she hesitated. Well, she took care of the finances (tight wad) and yes we just finished paying college for 3 kids but………… My constant whining won her over. But, she will hardly get into the car, my used 05 carrera S. She is happy that I enjoy driving the 911 but I wish she would be just as excited. A pocketbook from porsche, man, if I was a woman, I would have to have one to carry all the other porsche stuff I would surely need. But, she feels the finances personally and she deserves this pocketbook but would complain if I were to purchase it for her. But as a gift won from porsche purist, she couldn’t be happier.
This has been a difficult year for my sweet, selfless, sacrificial mom. She broke her arm in January, things got complicated, and she had to wear a cast until recently. I believe she deserves a bit of joy and sunshine in her life, after such an unpleasant experience, and experience during which I could not be by her side. Although my mom doesn’t own a Porsche, she puts up with the “Porsche talk” that goes on in my family. She desperately wants to plan a summer vacation for the whole family, and only MY MOM who is very indifferent to cars, would plan a trip for us to go to Savannah in July/August for Porsche Parade! After bringing home the TripTik from AAA, I see that she first has us planned to drive “The Tail of The Dragon” in North Carolina. That road is 318 curves in 11 miles!! She knows that she will get car/motion sick from it, but that means nothing to her compared to the smile she will see on my face driving that road. Only MY MOM would sit through a 17 hour car ride “to go see some cars that all look the same” (Porsches!)!

My Mum actually purchased a Porsche for herself two years ago. She had always wanted one and finally she bought one! She looks so cool driving it. My mom deserves a Porsche Design bag because she is always looking for us. She wakes up early to get us ready for school, and while we are away, she cleans the house, makes food for us and works in her own homebased company at home.
She is also the last to go to bed, because she wants to make sure we are happy sleeping in our beds.

The reason that my wife and the mother of our two children needs this handbag is because of her selfless ability to prioritize family above everything else. She makes her decisions based on what is good and useful for all of us, which is a wonderful trait. A PDDS bag would go a long way to convince her of the utility inherent in a Porsche. After all she keeps everything in her purse. If she sees the joy in using a Porsche everyday then maybe we can convince her of the utility in owning a Porsche and then the fun that we can have!
I’m a mom of 2 and grandma of 1. I think I deserve this bag. My father and I used to joke all the time that he wanted me to buy him a porsche. I sent him a porsche keyring. When I sent anniversary flowers, I would put on the card that the flowers were actually grown in a porsche.
Also in my most recent mothering duties, I flew out to california to stay with my daughter for the birth of her child. I ended up falling down a staircase and broke my ankle (for the third time). It didn’t stop me from helping!

my mom is the most generous person i know. she will give you the shirt off her back, or her jacket (i have seen her do it more than once). My wife deserves to win the Porsche bag just for putting up with all my Porsche craziness. I have a 1973 911 T that I spend too much time with it and not enough with my wife and daughter. My wife does enjoy going on drives with me in my 911. I also have a small used Porsche parts business and I have recruited my wonderful wife into helping me find old cars that I can buy to part out. She even goes with me to check them out and worked her ass off recently to help me go pick up two old 911 parts cars. I don’t think I have ever seen her get that dirty before. Grease on the face and all. She has started to help me get my parts I have available for sale listed on the internet too.
Anyway, I love her very much and could not imagine having anyone else in my life as my partner and Porsche Parts hunting partner. This is why she deserves to win this mothers day contest.

I have 4 kids. They love to stick their things in my purse. It’s not uncommon to find little cars, toy people, small stuffed toys, and even pieces of toys like an action figure’s arm or head.
I also like to carry things for them such as bandaids and snacks. I could use a nice, roomy, sturdy purse to hold everything of theirs and of mine.
