Good collectors like the first name may have more value for being known to have outstanding examples of the car or special orders. So, for me it is all about the actual car in question, with minor weight placed upon the "who the owner may have been" Not sure what to do about cars that are very different like Janis Joplin's 356 and was that also "art" or just her car? Race cars with history are also a "horse of a different color" and could have value based upon success, drivers, and so on........ddbird.........
