1.) What is the difference between a Porsche 993 and a Porsche 911?

There is no difference. 993 is simply the model designation for the 911. It has been said that the car was labled as a 993 from the calendar year (1993) it was scheduled to be built in.

2.) When was the Porsche 993 model produced?

The Porsche 993 was produced from 1993 to 1998. However, the model years availabe for resale are from 1994 to 1998.

3.) What were the various models available?

I am still working on compiling this information. I’ve seen lots of different sources with total production numbers ranging from 45,000 to over 60,000.
